Arusha National Park is located in Arusha city actually, it is the closest national park to Arusha city. It is 114 km from Moshi urban which is a one and a half hour drive from Moshi town. Arusha National Park covers 137 km2
Attractions
Arusha national park has a vast of attractions within it which include the wildlife animals such as Buffalo, Elephant, Zebra, Warthog’s and White/Black Colobus Monkey and plant species, mount meru, momela lakes which are sites for flamingo, various water streams running within the park and ngurudoto crater. Also the plains which known as ‘Small Serengeti’ within Arusha national park are one of the astonishing attractions.
